🇬🇷 Πρόκειται όντως για έναν «Φημισμένο Κόκκορα», που από το 1991 ψήνει φρέσκα κοτόπουλα στα κάρβουνα και τα συνδυάζει με απλά υλικά, όπως συνοδευτικές sauce, απλές σαλάτες, πατάτες. Δίνεται ιδιαίτερη σημασία στην πρώτη ύλη, στην καθαριότητα, στην εξυπηρέτηση και οπωσδήποτε στη γεύση. Τα επιλεγμένα κοτόπουλα, μαρινάρονται για 24 ώρες, με βάση την οικογενειακή συνταγή και μετά από ιδανικό ψήσιμο στα κάρβουνα, που αναδεικνύει την εμπειρία κοντά 30 ετών, καταλήγουν με ιδιαίτερη νοστιμιά στο πιάτο μας με τη γνωστή σπιτική σάλτσα. Είναι σημαντικό ότι επιλέγονται κοτόπουλα από ελληνικές μονάδες παραγωγής, τίποτα δεν είναι κατεψυγμένο ενώ αφαιρείται μέρος του λίπους πριν το μαρινάρισμα. Το μενού έχει συγκεκριμένα ορεκτικά, συνοδευτικά, αλοιφές και σαλάτες, όσα χρειάζονται για να πλασιώσουν τον απόλυτο πρωταγωνιστή, το κοτόπουλο, που εκτός από την Τούμπα, το απολαμβάνετε και στον Εύοσμο.

They carefully chose the ingredients they use in order to guarantee an excellent taste, whilst service and hygiene is of top standard as well. They choose their chicken with great care, then they marinate them for 24 hours according to their family’s recipe, they grill them on charcoal and then, they arrive on our dish along with the famous home sauce, showcasing their experience of 30 years. It is important to mention that they only choose chicken from Greek producers, they do not use any frozen products and they also remove the fat before marinating it. Their menu also proposes some starters, side-dishes such as sauces and salads in order to accompany your perfect chicken that you can enjoy in Toumpa and now in Evosmos neighborhoods as well.
