🇬🇷 Στο Erebuni σε κερδίζουν πρώτα οι ίδιοι οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό. Αυτοί είναι η ψυχή του εστιατορίου και φροντίζουν από την πρώτη στιγμή να νιώσετε άνετα και φιλικά. Έπειτα ακολουθούν οι γεύσεις. Χορταστικές μερίδες και φρέσκα υλικά μας προσφέρουν πιάτα που κλείνουν τα μυστικά της αρμένικης μαγειρικής παράδοσης. Κρεατικά που μαρινάρονται με παραδοσιακό τρόπο και ψήνονται στα κάρβουνα. Όλη η επεξεργασία γίνεται στο εστιατόριο ενώ το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις σπιτικές σάλτσες και τις σαλάτες. Μαντί, κεμπάπ, παστουρμαλί, λαχματζούν αλλά και ορεκτικά, όπως μελιτζάνες με καρύδι και ρόδι και χειροποίητη ρώσικη, είναι μερικές μόνο από τις λαχταριστές προτάσεις. Σημαντικό είναι επίσης ότι το μενού διαθέτει πολλές χορτοφαγικές επιλογές. Συνδυάστε τα με αρμένικα κρασιά αλλά και κρασί από φρούτα, όπως το ρόδι ή το περίφημο αρμένικο κονιάκ.
